Our educators have up-to-date knowledge about hepatitis, testing, treatment options and related issues. Our teams also include peer educators who have personal experiences relevant to their client groups.
Hepatitis SA runs four Clean Needle Program (CNP) sites at Hackney, Noarlunga, Port Adelaide, and Salisbury, as well as a syringe vending machine at Hackney. Our CNP Peers also attend rostered sessions at other sites at various times during the week.
Hepatitis SA runs free liver health assessments at a number of sites in the Adelaide metro area. Liver health assessments only take 15-30 minutes and will tell you how much scarring your liver has, as well as what the results mean.
