The Hepatitis SA Helpline is free, confidential and non-judgmental. It is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, to people living with hepatitis B or C, their family, friends, or service providers.

Hepatitis SA Helpline workers are trained to provide:
- information that can help you make decisions
- referrals to other services that can further meet your needs
- names of hepatitis-friendly GPs
Peers
Some Helpline workers have lived experience with viral hepatitis. If you prefer, you can request to to speak with one of these workers.
Other languages
Interpreter service is available. If you need an interpreter, please let the Helpline worker know so arrangements can be made.
